UPVC water supply pipe takes sanitary PVC resin as the major raw material, added with stabilizer, antioxidant, anti-shock agent and other additives, through extrusion molding, which forms rigid PVC pipe of different specifications, featuring different pressure rankings.

Product propertiess:

  • Light, easy to handling and transportation, easy construction, quick for installation, low construction cost: density of the UPVC pipe is 1/5 of cast-iron pipe, 1/3 of concrete tube; Compared to the traditional pipe, the construction cost is reduced by 30% to 50%. 
  • Hygienic, no contamination to water: UPVC pipe, against scaling, is non-nutrition source for any microbes and will not pollute the water during water delivery.
  • Good mechanical property: good tensile strength, good compressive performance, will not crack even if it is pressed to 1/2 of OD
  • Small flow resistance due to smooth inner wall: n value of UPVC pipe is only 0.008, its capacity of water delivery can be over 20% better than cast-iron pipe and over 40% than concrete tube.
  • Corrosion resistant, long service life: UPVC pipe has good corrosion resistance, will not be affected by moisture or soil acidity and alkalinity, inconductivity, insensitive to dielectic corrosion, no anti-corrosion treatment is needed for pipeline laying, service life as long as over 30 years.    
  • Convenient maintenance, low cost: no expensive expenses and complicated tools are needed to repair UPVC pipe, learned from actual constructional experience, the maintenance fees of UPVC pipe are only 30% of cast-iron pipe or concrete tube.     
  • Easy for connection and installation: for UPVC pipe is light, easy to be connected and has toughness, it can be joined together by way of bonding, welding, thread connection, flange connection and airproof ring socket connection with high efficiency on installation.  
  • Easy for maintenance: the maintenance fee of PVC pipe is only 30% of cast-iron pipe or concrete tube.
  • The product has a complete range of specifications, and can match many kinds of tubular parts and fixing parts, easy to meet requirements of design and installation.
 
Application
The product applies to water supply pipeline for city town construction, water supply line within buildings, outdoors ground covering water supply engineering, farmland water conservancy pipeline for irrigation and water supply pipeline for livestock breeding with remarkable economic and social benefits, which is a superior new-type energy saving substitute.

Technical standard

  • Color: grey or white, or other colors as per buyers' request.
  • Appearance: the rigid UPVC pipe for water supply manufactured by our company has smooth and flat internal and external surface, no decomposition and discoloration line or other defects which may affect pipe?ˉs performance. The pipe shall be free from obvious foreign matters and have clean-cut edge, vertical to the axis.  
  • Opacity: Pipes should be light tight.
  • Length: normally, 4, 6m long, or as per buyers' request.
  • Camber: the pipe is permitted a certain degree of camber
