 HDPE double wall corrugated pipes (double-layer twisted pipes) are one mould profile two layer extrudings. Applies to rain water drainage, sewage drainage in residential district, or pollutant and exhaust gas discharge as well as sewage drainage for mine industry, or organic pollutants drainage from people's life, agricultural drainage, low pressure irrigation and coalmine ventilation.

GB/T 19472.1-2004 " PE Pipe System: First Part, Polyethylene High-Density Double Wall Corrugated Pipes"

Product propertiess:
  • As light as 1/33 of the concrete tube with same caliber and 1/22 of steel pipe
  • Superior in intensity & rigidity and has good anti-abrasion and great capacity of wastewater and waste residue transport 
  • Good impact-resistant performance, anti-shock, good toughness, easy to recover if deformed    
  • Chemical resistance, free from erosion of acid, alkali or oil, against scaling, rust and erosion.
  • Convenient for installation, low constructional cost
  • Small flow resistance due to smooth inner wall, long service life
  • Made of nontoxic material, can be reutilized, green product for environmental protection.  

Technical standard:

  • Color: Normally black, or as per buyers' request..
  • Appearance: no air bubble, crack, shrink hole or obvious foreign matter is allowed to both the internal and external wall of the pipe, which should be flat and smooth with uniform color. Both sides of the pipe should be polished to remove all sharp edges and vertical to the axis. No split should occur on closely welded side walls of the pipe.
