Underground CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) pipe for high pressure power cable takes chlorinated polyvinyl chloride as its major raw material, through extrusion molding, results in a large range of specifications and models.
Product properties:
- Density of CPVC is about 1. 5 G/CM3, as heavy as 1/10 of pressure pipe of the same type, 1/6 of the steel pipe, it is easy for transportation and installation.
- Convenient for construction and may create big economic benefits: CPVC power cable protective tube is composed of joint, waterproof seal ring and scaffold. Due to the reasonable design and the product performance, it is unnecessary to pour concrete cover. Scaffold adopts combined type connection. Shortening the construction period and noticeable economic and social benefits will be achieved.
- Corrosion resistance: CPVC pipe is acid, alkali and salt resistant, and will not crack even if it encounters oil.
- High intensity, flame resistance, smoke suppression, heat resistance and long service life
- Superior in performance and price: CPVC pipe is cheaper than the concrete pressure pipe of same type and 20%, cheaper than the steel pipe. The comprehensive cost can be reduced by over 25%.

Standard or code: underground high pressure power cable PVC-C sleeve of Light Industry Standard of the PRC QB/T2479-2005.
Technical standard:
- Color: the color should be uniform, normally red, or determined by the supplier and buyer.
- Appearance: air bubble, crack, decomposition and discoloration line or obvious foreign matters should be not allowed around the pipe wall. Internal wall and external wall of the pipe should be smooth and all sharp edges should be removed.
- Length: 6m long, tolerance:5%, or determined by the supplier and buyer.
- Camber at the same direction should be not more than 1%.
